A部分 - 基本信息和要求 Material Collection 材料收集 Material Collection refers to the point in the recycling lifecycle when a Reclaimed Material is collected after its original use has ended (i.e.: it would have otherwise gone into the waste stream). 材料收集是指：回收材料在其原始使用結(jié)束后，收集回收到新的生命周期中。（即：如若不收集回收，則將進(jìn)入廢物流程）。 Post-Consumer Material 消費(fèi)后材料 Material generated by households or by commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities in their role as end-users of the product that can no longer be used for its intended purpose. This includes returns of materials from the distribution chain. 由最終產(chǎn)品用戶、家庭、商業(yè)、工業(yè)和機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)施產(chǎn)生的，不能再用于其預(yù)期用途的材料。包括從分銷鏈中回收的材料。 Pre-Consumer Material 消費(fèi)前材料 Material diverted from the waste stream during the manufacturing process. Excluded is the reutilization of materials such as rework, regrind or scrap generated in a process and capable of being reclaimed within the same process that generated it. 在制造過程中從廢物流中轉(zhuǎn)移出的材料。排除某些材料的再利用，如返工、再研磨或在加工中產(chǎn)生并且在同一加工過程中會(huì)被重新使用的殘余料。 Reclaimed Material 回收的材料 Material that would have otherwise been disposed of as waste or used for energy recovery, but has instead been collected and reclaimed as a material input, in lieu of new primary material, for a recycling process. 未作為廢物處理或用于能量回收，而是作為材料投入被收集和回收，并代替新的原始材料，用于回收處理的材料。 Recycled Content 回收材料含量 Proportion, by mass, of Recycled Material in products or packaging.
